For a nationwide retail chain, under the Microsoft ISV Royalty agreement we supplied MS SQL Server database licences in the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) model. The OEM model embeds the database licence within the ERP solution we deliver. Over a 6-year horizon this will reduce the total licence cost by more than 50% compared with a standard purchase, while preserving full technical support and the ability to use the databases for other applications as well.

In the outsourcing model, Asseco BS assumes full responsibility for the client’s IT environment. SLA defines guaranteed support parameters (response time, availability) while operational responsibility remains on the client’s side.
Yes — Asseco BS supports both full outsourcing and selected areas (e.g., databases only, security only, or backup & DR only).
We monitor systems around the clock. Response times depend on incident severity and are agreed upon at the contract stage.
Yes — within our security services we conduct audits, design regulation-compliant architectures, and support certification processes. We hold a certificate confirming that our information security management system meets the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2022. The certificate was issued by Alcumus ISOQAR — a body accredited by UKAS.
We cover the full spectrum — from on-premises, through hybrid, to public cloud environments (Microsoft Azure). We help plan and execute migrations and optimize post-migration costs.
SOC (Security Operations Center) provides 24/7 monitoring and security incident response. Asseco BS operates its own SOC — we do not use subcontractors in this area.
We employ immutable storage (data that cannot be overwritten), network segmentation, anomaly monitoring via SIEM/SOAR, and regular DR tests that enable environment recovery within a defined timeframe.
Yes — we have expertise in Oracle products. On a daily basis we provide support and maintenance of highly available Oracle database environments. We use Oracle Linux KVM and Oracle VM virtualization, deploy Oracle Clusterware clusters, and support Oracle Forms & Reports applications.
