On Wednesday, 8 October, at the Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach, the first Polish edition of the ERP Congress RE:FRAME 2025 took place. Under the slogan “Discover-Compare-Choose”, it gathered over 230 participants: company representatives, ERP system providers, consultants, and experts.
It was a day full of meetings, conversations, and knowledge exchange – and we are glad that as Asseco Business Solutions we could be part of this event.
Our booth – the “efficiency ring”
We welcomed many visitors at our booth — conversations took place in a great atmosphere, full of curiosity and positive energy. Our “hosts in the role of fighters” – Rafał Serafin and Michał Hordowicz – attracted participants who wanted to talk about how Asseco ERP solutions can “knock out inefficiency” in practice.
There was no shortage of sports emotions either – guests could step into a symbolic ERP boxing ring and test their form in a friendly fight.

Asseco ERP in the ring – the power of combining ERP and B2B
On the ERP RING stage, our speaker Sławomir Pluta demonstrated what the synergy between an ERP system and a B2B platform looks like in practice. Using a case study from Maspex, he presented specific benefits of integration – from improving customer service and automating sales processes to a real increase in business efficiency.
The short, dynamic presentation fitted perfectly into the spirit of the event – concrete insights, fast pace, and experience-sharing instead of theory.

Final panel – “Where is the ERP market heading?”
In the final debate dedicated to the future development of ERP systems, Jacek Lisowski, Management Board Member at Asseco Business Solutions, took the floor.
The discussion focused on how companies’ expectations towards ERP systems are changing – from the growing importance of data and automation to the need for solutions that flexibly align with business processes.
Jacek Lisowski emphasized that a modern ERP system is not just technology, but above all a partner in the organization’s development – supporting decision-making, streamlining daily work, and opening the door to new business models.

Summary
The day spent in Katowice was exceptional for us – not only because we had the opportunity to showcase our solutions, but also because we could listen, discuss, and share experiences with people who select, implement, or wish to change an ERP system in their organizations.
We are glad that together with participants and experts we could look at the future of ERP from various perspectives – inspiring and full of positive energy.
